1) Services & Scope

We provide salon services including hair, skin, makeup, grooming, and related consultations. These Terms apply to in-salon services and Website usage. They do not cover e-commerce sales; if we add online product sales, separate terms may apply.

2) Appointments, Rescheduling & Cancellations

• Booking: Appointments can be made via call, WhatsApp, or in person. Certain services may require an advance or full prepayment to secure the slot.
• Rescheduling: Please inform us at least 6 hours prior to your appointment for rescheduling. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
• Cancellations: Cancellations within 4 hours of the appointment or no-shows may lead to forfeiture of the advance and/or a cancellation charge as communicated at booking.
• Late Arrivals: Arrivals over 15 minutes late may be shortened or rescheduled to avoid impacting the next client.

3) Pricing & Payments

• Indicative Pricing: Prices shown (online or in-salon) are indicative and may vary based on hair length, texture, product usage, time taken, and stylist level.
• Taxes: All applicable taxes (as per prevailing law in India) are additional unless otherwise stated.
• Payment Methods: We accept available local payment modes (e.g., cash, UPI, cards) at our discretion. Payments must be completed at checkout.

4) Offers, Packages & Gift Cards

• Offers: Promotional offers can change or end without prior notice. Offers cannot be clubbed unless specified.
• Packages: Package components are non-transferable and must be consumed within the validity period mentioned at purchase.
• Gift Cards/Vouchers: Where available, they are redeemable only for eligible services, are non-refundable, and must be presented at billing; lost or stolen cards won’t be replaced.

5) Consultations, Patch Tests & Health Disclosure

• Consultation: We recommend a consultation to assess suitability of services, expected outcomes, and after-care.
• Patch Tests: Colour/chemical services may require a patch test at least 24–48 hours in advance. Declining a recommended patch test is at your own risk.
• Health Conditions & Allergies: Please disclose any allergies, skin sensitivities, medical conditions, or medications. This helps us recommend or decline services responsibly.

6) Results, Redo & Refunds

• Results: Services involve professional skill and care, but individual results vary based on hair/skin condition and after-care.
• Redo: If you are unsatisfied, inform us at checkout or within 48 hours with clear details; where appropriate, we may offer a corrective redo session at our discretion.
• Refunds: Service fees are generally non-refundable once the service is rendered. Any goodwill adjustments are at our sole discretion.

7) Personal Belongings & Conduct

• Belongings: Please safeguard your valuables. We are not liable for loss or damage to personal items on the premises.
• Conduct: We maintain a safe, respectful environment. We may refuse service for inappropriate behavior, intoxication, or safety concerns.

8) Photos, Social Media & Testimonials

• Content: With your verbal consent, we may capture photos/videos of your look and share on our social channels. Tell us at the chair if you prefer not to be photographed.
• User Content: If you tag or share content with us, you grant us a non-exclusive right to repost with attribution. You can withdraw permission by emailing info@beautmaster.com.

9) Website Use

• IP: All content on beautmaster.com (logos, text, images) is owned by or licensed to BEAUT MASTER. Don’t copy or reuse without prior consent.
• Accuracy: We aim for accuracy but do not warrant that all Website content is error-free, complete, or current.
• Third-Party Links: External links, if any, are for convenience. We don’t control or endorse third-party content.
• Availability: The Website may be temporarily unavailable during maintenance or due to events beyond our control.

10) Privacy

11) Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from services or Website use.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Punjab, India.
